  Our food is now 30 minutes late, no call, and their only offer is to take off 4.50 for the cinnamon sticks. We let a friend use our account, change the name, and it still comes up as Mark. Not Rebecca or Walter. So many irritating things

  We didn't even stay to eat. We went on a Saturday night about 7:30. The restaurant was maybe 1/3 full. We walked in, stood by the sign that said to wait to be seated. Two waitresses walked by without saying a word . The cashier/carry out gentleman kept looking at us but said nothing. Another lady came up to the counter with a carry-out box and paid and a waitress asked her if she had even been helped and she said, "Ya, I'm fine." That's when we decided we would rather eat somewhere else.

  Called for delivery spoke with a very apparent newbie..who was oviously not getting any help on a Friday night.asked her twice to tell me about a pizza I was ordering. When my delivery arrived wrong pizza! called to talk to the manager on duty and after getting past the incompetent phone people finally got Savannah who couldn't get the pizza right either!! I would think if you were a manager you would know what kinds of pizza you sold!
